In fact, Bristol attended another event Tuesday night on May 3, sporting the same surprised new look.

Many media outlets are speculating the single mom and daughter of Sarah Palin might have gotten some plastic surgery pointing out her angular jawline and more pronounced cheekbones.

New Jersey board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt tells Reality Tea, “Bristol appears to have lost a significant amount of weight, which is responsible for some of the differences in her look. In addition, she seems to have had some liposuction of her neck area under her chin which has produced a much more defined jawline and lower facial area.”

Dr. Glatt adds, “She may have also had a chin implant to better define this area. Her lower lip appears much more full and it is likely she had injections of Juvederm into her lower lip.”

When a sleeker-looking Bristol showed up Tuesday at the Candie's Foundation 2011 benefit gala at Cipriani in New York, tongues began wagging about what exactly is going on with her new look.

A source close to Palin insists to E! News that she hasn't gone under the knife and "isn't that kind of person" that would alter her looks with some help from professionals.

"I can tell you that she has lost a tremendous amount of weight since Dancing With the Stars and that is most likely the reason for the speculation," says the source.

Nonetheless, the 20-year-old's defined jawline, sky-high cheekbones and fresher looking eyes are now being dissected by one who knows best.

We sent before and after pics of Palin to Dr. Brian Glatt, a board-certified New Jersey-based plastic surgeon with more than 12 years of expertise, and here is what he told us:

"Her upper face, her eyes, brows, and forehead seem to be the same as they were," he says. "She's lost a little volume in her cheeks from weight loss, which you'd expect in someone young, but the lower third of her face is a dramatic difference. You could draw a line across the lower third, it's like two different people."

Glatt says some of the changes are attributable to weight loss, but he highly doubts the entire look is due to a new diet.

"She had a double chin before and that's gone now. It looks to me like she's had extensive liposuction throughout her neck, including under her chin, which has clearly been liposuctioned, it's obvious to me," Glatt insists.

"Her chin is a lot more defined, which can occur from aggressive lipo, but she may also have had an implant. Her chin is more straight and more defined afterwards, which really points to her having a chin implant as well."

As for her new-look mouth? There are two possibilities, but Glatt is leaning towards lip injections.

"Her lower lip looks a lot more full," he said. "It's pretty obvious to me that she's had something injected into her lower lip, nothing in her upper lip. If she had surgery recently, he lower lip could be swollen, but it looks injected, I don't think it's just from postoperative swelling, it's more prominent."

Glatt says that Palin has made some surface beauty changes too, like shaping her brows slightly differently and wearing more eye shadow.

"Overall, she went from having a square face to a heart-shaped face, and a heart-shaped face is considered more beautiful," Glatt says.

    Still, “I am absolutely thrilled with the results,” she gushes. “I look older, more mature, and don’t have as much of a chubby little baby face!”

See, she doesn’t care what she looks like at all! The medicines just told her that her face was going to fall off, so they forced her to reengineer the skull God fucked up on when he was making her. But she loves how great she looks, even though she doesn’t care at all about how she looks!

Doctors had to liposuction her chin scrotum, of course. But they weren’t removing fat! That’s where all her teeth were. It makes a lot of sense.

47-year old Poison singer Bret Michaels didn’t find happily ever on his reality dating show Rock of Love, but many suspect that he may have found a successful body with plastic surgery.

Recently, Bret made the news when his middle-aged body appeared on the cover of a magazine looking better than expected. Outcry over photoshopping prompted the release of the unretouched version of the Billboard magazine cover, which revealed the Bret really does really have a better-than-average body.

Because Bret doesn’t like your average nude 47-year old male, some suspect that Bret has had lipo or a procedure known as abdominal etching to contour abdominal muscles that aren’t really there.

More likely, Bret takes care of himself, works out and used makeup before being photoshopped for the Billboard cover.

Brendan Fraser has long been a sex symbol and his lush, full head of hair has been the focus of many of his roles, from Encino Man to the Mummy series. This Friday marks Brendan’s return to the big screen in the family-friendly remake of Journey to the Center of the Earth and provides a look at his latest hair treatment.

When Brendan was photographed without any false hair a few years back, his severely thinning hair was very much in evidence. Hair restoration expert, Dr. Alan Bauman says, “Obviously with a significant amount of hereditary hair loss going on, he hasn’t been taking his “Vitamin P” (Propecia or Finasteride 1mg), or didn’t start soon enough. (Those ‘in the know’ understand the benefits of early medical therapy with finasteride, which helps 90% of men keep their hair looking the same or better for years.)”

In addition to not warding off his hair loss, Brendan has actually made his hair loss worse by wearing hairpieces for his film roles as well as public appearances. Glue and tape used to attach hair devices weaken hair. Dr. Bauman says, “Hair loss in the frontal hairline can be caused by the progression of hereditary hair loss, and accelerated by the chronic use of tape or glue used to attach the front of hairpieces onto that area, which we know Fraser has used for years both on screen and off.”

Dr. Bauman also notes that, “Coming up on his 40th birthday, he’s reached the average age for hair restoration surgery (39.5) according to the ISHRS (International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery).”

We sympathizes with Brendan’s hair loss trauma, but tends to agree with Dr. Bauman’s comparison of Brendan’s former hairpiece with the one Tom Hanks sported in The Da Vinci Code (See Make Me Heal’s story on Tom Hanks’ hair transplant).

At a recent premiere of his film, Brendan appeared without a hairpiece and with rather obvious plugs instead, which showed an awful lot of forehead. This could be the result of an old transplant done by a plastic surgeon that does not specialize in hair transplants.

Dr. Bauman explains, “Often, actors will use a combination of non-medical techniques to achieve a youthful hairline and adequate scalp coverage under the ‘bright lights.’ Many times, this means front-heavy toupees (like in the case of John Travolta) which simply do not look natural. Unfortunately, too few are under the care of physicians who have specialty training in the field of hair loss and hair restoration—which would enable them to more effectively hang on to their own living and growing hair, and help restore it undetectably with modern methods of transplantation, if need be. Hairpiece ‘transitions’ are never straightforward, presenting many technical and psychological obstacles. Having helped my own father, who had extensive hair loss, transition out of his hairpiece years ago using hair transplantation (three sessions, to be exact) taught me a great deal about the process.”

Although Brendan’s hair is not looking well right now, Dr. Bauman says that it is not too late to correct the situation. A new transplant could result in a more natural appearance.

Dr. Bauman advises, “However, it is not beyond help. A new transplant would ‘touch-up’ the density by adding new follicles into the thinning area, and also the addition of more acutely angulated follicular-unit grafts would help hide the ‘grafty’ appearance of the previously transplanted groupings of hairs, which are easily seen from the side. In stark contrast, today’s microsurgical ‘follicular unit’ transplants are NOT performed using rows of grafts. Modern methods allow the transplanted hairs to be artistically angulated and placed one-by-one into a completely natural direction delivering both naturalness and coverage.

But mostly, in Fraser, it is the shape of the temporal part of the hairline which tends to ‘draw the eye’ and look unnatural from afar. Hair transplantation performed today would utilize the ‘follicluar-unit micrografting’ method, which duplicates how hair follicles naturally grow in the scalp (mostly 1, 2 or 3 hair groups) and a hairline shape could be designed to more closely mimic one that mother nature would normally create herself.”

We urges Brendan to follow Dr. Bauman’s advice so that at his next premiere, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor later this summer, his hair doesn’t steal the spotlight.

Though confessing you've had plastic surgery is still a taboo subject, Brandi Glanville has done just that.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star admits that she's had a little bit of work done in the new issue of Shape magazine.

The 39-year-old model says: 'Yes, I’ll cop to a few plastic surgery procedures like Botox and fillers.

She also reveals that she's had smaller procedures to remedy old skin issues and gets a spray tan - get this - every week.

She admits: 'I get a spray tan every week. I also have issues like adult acne and Melasma (patches of skin discoloration) since I’ve had my kids, so I try everything—lasers, photo facials—and I wear hats all the time to protect myself from sun.'

However, Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife wants to make it clear that, although she frequently gets beauty treatments and has small procedures, she isn't plastic and resents being referred to as such.

She says: 'People have said horrible things like I’m ‘plastic’ and I’m a bad mom. I think after three years of hearing it I have just developed a thick skin.

'I think it’s human nature, and I know what they say isn’t true so I’ve learned to not take it to heart.'

She adds: 'Having grown up modeling, I’m very self-aware of my physical appearance. It’s hard to grow older, especially in this town where everyone is perfect!

'They’re all 20 years old and gorgeous and I’m now in same dating pool as them, yikes, it’s really hard! This town makes you insecure.'

Although she does not own up to it in the article, she did reveal an extra procedure on Twitter today.

For the first time the reality star is opening up about the procedures she’s had over the years, including such biggies as a breast augmentation and vaginal rejuvenation. Find out the laundry list below!

If you’ve seen Brandi Glanville, 40, on RHOBH, than you know she tells it like it is. Well, in her new memoir, Drinking and Tweeting, she confesses her plastic surgery history. In addition to an $11,500 breast augmentation Brandi had a $12,000 vaginal rejuvenation.

Additionally, Brandi admits, “Botox has been a part of my life for 15 years,” as well as extensive fillers, facials and peels. Her most extreme procedure: A vaginal rejuvenation surgery performed by Dr. David Matlock, which she charged to ex-husband Eddie Cibrian after her left her for LeAnn Rimes. Of the procedure, Brandi says, “Eddie knows that he has never touched the ‘new’ me, and that gives me so much joy.”

“I get a spray tan every week. I also have issues like adult acne and Melasma (patches of skin discoloration) since I’ve had my kids, so I try everything—lasers, photo facials—and I wear hats all the time to protect myself from sun.”

However, Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife wants to make it clear that, although she frequently gets beauty treatments and has small procedures, she isn’t plastic and resents being referred to as such. She says: “People have said horrible things like I’m ‘plastic’ and I’m a bad mom. I think after three years of hearing it I have just developed a thick skin. I think it’s human nature, and I know what they say isn’t true so I’ve learned to not take it to heart.”

She adds: ‘Having grown up modeling, I’m very self-aware of my physical appearance. It’s hard to grow older, especially in this town where everyone is perfect! They’re all 20 years old and gorgeous and I’m now in same dating pool as them, yikes, it’s really hard! This town makes you insecure.”
