Britt Ekland is still a Bond Girl, even if she's closer to 70 than 007. The former Swedish bombshell, who hits the seven-decade mark on Oct. 6, emerged this week looking ready for more international intrigue. Cameras spied her as she attended a 50th anniversary James Bond celebration in London.

The stunning bone structure is still there though perhaps altered by means that Mother Nature didn't provide, according to one report.

In detail, Ekland, 70, is speculated to have had a facelift, brow lift, eyelid surgery, botox injections, lip injections, a nose job and facial fillers.

Ekland has admitted to having plastic surgery in the past, claiming that plastic surgery is great but it should only be used by people over 40. "I think it's wonderful. But there should be an age limit. It should be absolutely forbidden for anyone under 40. It's for older people - to lift the chin here and take a couple of crow's feet out there - not for young people who want to be bigger and plumper or thinner," Ekland explained.

Judging by her recent appearances, it is clear that Ekland has gone too far with plastic surgery in a desperate attempt for everlasting beauty as she is now the latest victim of trout pout and a windswept-looking face.

In spite of her youthful complexion, possibly an indication of collagen injections and a face lift, Ekland's lips are too puffed up, the result of an over zealous lip enhancement using a filler like Restylane or even collagen.

Despite having undergone many plastic surgery procedures, Ekland revealed that she is not a fan of botox. She previously talked about how Nicole Kidman apparently has over-done it on Botox after watching her in "Cold Mountain". "Her face was neither sad nor glad - nor anything. She was just like a painted doll, I thought: "Why would she do that?,"" Ekland was quoted as saying.

In an interview before her show "Britt on Britt" during the Edinburgh Festival in 2008 in Scotland, Ekland stated she's not worried about no longer being labeled a "sex kitten": "I guess you could say that I was a sex kitten until I was 54. I'm a bit long in the tooth to be a sex symbol. I have three beautiful children; two sons and Victoria, my daughter I had with Peter. My eldest son, Nikolai, is getting married to a lovely girl later this year and I can't wait to become a grandmother. I celebrate my age and I'm happy because I believe in staying fit and healthy and slim. I look pretty good, my skin is clear and I'm happy with my hair, even if it's no longer quite so glorious as it used to be. As for plastic surgery, I have no problems with having work done on my face," Ekland admitted.

Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has never treated Ekland, revealed to RadarOnline: "Britt looks like she's had quite a bit of work done. I suspect that she's had a facelift to smooth and tighten her jawline, a browlift and eyelid lifts to open her eyes, and injections of fat into her cheeks to plump them up."

Dr. Youn recommended that Ekland should stop plumping her cheeks and try Botox to smooth the crow's feet. Youn added that Ekland defied her age, but didn't seem natural. "She surely doesn't look her age, but she doesn't look natural, either! If I could give her two pieces of advice, it'd be to avoid any further plumping of her cheeks and to maybe try a touch of Botox into her crows feet," Dr. Youn advised.

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer was quoted as saying: "Britt Ekland looks fabulous. She has certainly maintained her beautiful looks with multiple facial cosmetic surgeries such as an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), eyebrow lift, rhinoplasty (nose job), lip augmentation and facelift."

Dr. Paul A. Nassif, a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Rhinoplasty Specialist in Beverly Hills, California explained: "Britt Ekland appears to have had lip augmentation, a possible rhinoplasty, facial fillers, Botox, possibly a facelift, and a browlift. Overall, her look is a bit overdone and she should not have any further procedures performed at this time."
