Kate Hudson Plastic Surgery Before and After Breast Implants and Nose Jobs

Kate Hudson celebrates her 31st birthday April 19, and she recently bought herself new breasts.

According to Us Weekly, and supported by recent bikini photos of the actress relaxing in Florida, Hudson had small implants put in.

An insider says in the new issue of Us Weekly that a plastic surgeon performed a small breast augmentation on the actress, 31, in late March. And the mom to son Ryder, 6, looked noticeably fuller on top while poolside in Miami on April 9.

Explains another source, "Kate makes jokes about her boobs, but her chest has always been one of her biggest insecurities."

Kate's chest was on display last November when she almost slipped out of her dress at the AMAs.

In 2008 the poster for 'Fool's Gold' gave her a digital boob job when it faked cleavage for the star.

Her smile is one of the most beautiful features of actress Kate Hudson, that's the first that you probably look at when talking to her, but looking at some older pictures of her, it looks that her nose was before more noticeable and that she maybe got a nose surgery to make it better, it was a really good plastic surgery if in fact she did because it brought the attention out of her nose keeping it proportional to her face.

More recently she is rumored to have had a breast augmentation, comparing these pictures, it looks like she definitely did, although it looks natural and proportionate to her body.

Pictures of her very young show a nose much wider specially at the tip and bridge while after on her career her nose looks just perfect, so we have two options, or she just lost a lot of baby fat or she got a rhinoplasty very early on her career, because the change that she had at least from 2000 are more on her style and make up, by the way she looks gorgeous right now.

We don't think that she has breast implants since her breast size doesn't seem to change comparing older pictures with more recent ones.
